For your consideration, we have a rare Counterpoint SA-5.1 Dual Channel Tube Preamplifier for sale. This is a great sounding preamp with an external power supply. It has a very good phono section that will run both Moving Coil and Moving Magnet Cartridges. All the tubes have been tested using our Amplitrex AT 1000 tube tester. All switches and pots were cleaned and then treated with Deoxit D5 and F5 respectively. This unit is in perfect working order. There are some light scuffs and blemishes, but NO dents, overall the unit is in very good to excellent condition. After being completely checked out on our bench, we ran this unit in our house system for a week and fell in love with it. Included in the sale are the preamp, power supply, and original owners manual. The preamp will be overpacked using a heavy duty box, with several inches of polystyrene foam on all sides of the unit. For shipping purposes, most often we prefer to remove all tubes and have the purchaser reinstall them upon delivery. However, we think this unit could travel with the tubes in place, and the purchaser can open the unit and check them upon arrival. We will reach out to the purchaser prior to shipping.
